Supervisors can create leader and user accounts, and manage information items, in addition to all other functions.

The Supervisor Role

For large companies we offer a Supervisor licence. For this account level it is possible to create other user or leader accounts, groups, and cases. Information items will be charged towards the info item wallet for each created leader or user. With a supervisor licence the customer will thereby receive a combined invoice for all accounts. Included storage is 80,000 information pieces in the wallet. When these are used, additional information items must be ordered.

Payment is by bank transfer only. The supervisor account is operational when payment is received.

If a renewal invoice is not paid after first or later years, the Supervisor account itself and created accounts become Observers. Previously created information pieces and structures are still accessible.

The order and startup process:

  1. You may want to start using a cheaper or free account first to get to know When upgrading from a cheaper account, make sure you are logged in to your account before ordering another product. Then, the information items (storage capacity) are carried over.
  2. Add the product on this page to your order.
  3. Confirm the order. You then see a payment notice.
  4. See your inbox (or spam folder) for order confirmation and verification email.
  5. Press the link in the verification email to activate your account. This is not necessary when upgrading.
  6. Log in to with your user id, email address, and password.
  7. You can log into the system immediately and see the full functionality, however you have no storage capacity (information items) until payment.
  8. When you have decided to use, you pay the cost of the account. If payment is not received in our bank account within 14 days, your account is reverted to observation role.
  9. When payment is registered, you will receive an email. An invoice marked as paid with invoice number is generated for your and our accounting system. This is sent to you by email.
  10. You will receive a renewal notice after one year. Unused information items will be carried over to next period.
  11. We carry out extensive support via email when necessary.

First time usage:

  1. After login, click on your name and user id in the main screen.
  2. Then, click on the hamburger menu after your name.
  3. Select create new folder in the menu.
  4. You might have to click on your name again to see the new folder.
  5. Click on the menu for the folder and add an object underneath, for instance a document, spreadsheet, or an object from a template.
  6. If you create an empty spreadsheet, all the cells are yellow. Press on such a cell to fill it with text, or a numeric, logical, or date value.
  7. As having a supervisor role in the system, you can press "Standard" and the menu after it. Then, you can create a new group. Underneath the group you can create cases and folders. In the group you can add other users who can access the folders and objects you make.
  8. In addition, you can press the button "Manage users" to create accounts with user and leader roles.
